FITNESS PROGRAMS
All programs include customized training plans and a subscription to Poindexter Coaching by Trainerize fitness app featuring a workout calendar, tracking and messaging.

Functional Movement
& Posture Assessment
55 minute posture & movement evaluation. Learn your neutral posture, includes a full analysis and report, plus videos of exercises that you can start at home.

6 Week
Corrective Exercise (CE) Program
One personal training session/week, teaches you the exercises you need to incorporate into your fitness routine to
resolve pain, improve your posture and movement patterns.

12 Week
Balance Fitness Program
Weekly training/coaching sessions, phases of strength training to improve stability, endurance, and body composition, may include some CE work as needed. Nutritional guidance.

VIP Program
Bi-monthly training/coaching sessions, for clients who graduate from the 12 Week Balance Fitness Program and are ready to do more on their own but still desire support and accountability with a customized program to meet their individual fitness goals.

Kelli is amazing! She started with an assessment of my body's movement. Based on that she started with light stretching and rolling to relieve the pain I was experiencing. Once we got the pain to reduce, she added in basic custom strength training exercises based on areas I needed to strengthen to help my body move properly again. She has an app that makes it super easy to maintain the exercises from home.

A fit body starts with a healthy lifestyle. As your fitness coach, I will connect your fitness goals to your movement patterns and design a program that fits your needs. I’ve been helping clients for over a decade live their healthiest lives. My experience and holistic approach to exercise will inspire you to join me on this life-changing, mind and body journey to live "well-derly".
As a recreational athlete, I love to train for and participate in events that challenge my body. My current passions include hiking and training for the Portland to Coast team walking relay. I have a passion for helping mid-life folks stay active without injury. Helping them to improve their mobility and cross any finish line pain and injury free serves my purpose!

I've been a personal trainer for more than a decade and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences/Molecular Biology. I'm proud to have received multiple Reader’s Choice Awards for Favorite Trainer. After years of working in gyms, I launched Poindexter Coaching LLC in 2021. It evolved into Poindexter Corrective Exercise Center as my business expanded from online coaching back into in-person training. I've specialized in Corrective Exercise for the last five years, and I'm proud to help folks all over the world live a higher quality of life daily.
