HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Being an online coach allows me to help people all over the world.  I can provide a richer experience with my whole health approach to my clients well being. My clients get better results than just meeting with a trainer once or twice a week in the gym. My programs are individualized and my app makes it easy for my clients to stay on track.  You always have a cheerleader in your corner with Poindexter Coaching!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A MEAL PLAN?

My 12 Week Balance Program includes a Smart Meal Plan with recipes and is adjustable for several different nutritional preferences. Macronutrients and calorie intake are individualized to your goals and lifestyle.  No additional charge.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It's easy to get started with no equipment at all!  Body weight exercises can be very effective.  But, you will build muscle quickly, so adding resistance will keep you progressing. I recommend getting started with resistance bands, a stability ball, and 2 sets of dumbbells.  You can add from there as you gain experience and build strength.  A foam roller will become your new BFF and keep your body happy between workouts!

HOW DOES ONLINE TRAINING WORK?

Fitness right in the palm of your hand! My clients have a subscription to my fitness app.  The app has everything you need to get results!  It includes your daily workout calendar, messaging, tracking, meal plan, videos of every exercise and progress badges.  Weekly coach video check-ins keep you accountable, supported, and on track.
